So, you wanna get to know me huh?
Looks to me, that you wanna know more about who I am and what I'm all about. That's fair! I'm 26 years old, born in South Carolina, but moved around my whole life. I'd say the art of not being able to stay in one place for too long carried over into my adulthood as I've lived in South Carolina, Texas, Florida, Missouri, Hawaii, and now colorful Colorado. I've traveled all over the US but I have yet to hit my goal of all 50 states and I'm DYING to get out of this country and immerse myself in new places and cultures overseas. I'm a new mom to a very cute baby boy, which means I'm usually walking around with a baby on my hip with a messy bun and some Starbucks in hand.
I'm weirdly obsessed with visiting all of the national parks and I love a good sunset/sunrise hike.
North Carolina is my happy place, I spontaneously took off to the coast of NC when I was 18 at 2am with a best friend of mine and to this day, I truly believe I left a large part of my heart there.

My Approach
You will be able to look back on your memories years from now and still cherish them as greatly as the first day you received your gallery.
I'm not the girl you want to take your photos if you want standstill, static, pose and smile at the camera type photos. That's just not my vibe. When you book a session with me, expect to be running around, laughing 'til your stomach aches, and maybe even getting a little dirt on your clothes.

You see, photography for me isn't about getting the quote on quote "perfect stare at the camera and smile photo". When you hire me as your photographer, you're also gaining me as a friend and a person who truly believes that it's about capturing REAL & RAW emotion. It's about telling a story through a lens. It's about snapping and capturing little moments in time that you can look back on and FEEL the authenticity of the moment, just by looking at the photo. My job goes far beyond clicking a button, it's my mission to ensure that you're having true fun and creating beautiful memories while doing it.

This may sound super cheesy, but when I tell you that I truly believe I have the best job in the world, I mean it. Nothing on the planet fills my heart more than making people smile and by doing what I do, I not only get to make people smile in the moment but I get to capture those big belly laughs and happy tears in a way that will live on forever. I don't think I could ask for a better way to serve you guys. I love what I do, and I love the people I do it for.

When I was 18, I moved to Oahu, Hawaii, where I lived for a year and a half.
I miss that beautiful island each and every day.
